First Camera Recorder-Equipped AVC-ULTRA Codec and microP2 Card Slots
Two standard-equipped microP2 card slots dramatically reduce media costs. Two conventional P2 card slots also accommodate ordinary P2 card.
AVC-LongG50/25 and AVC-Intra100/50 codecs provided as standard. AVC-LongG50/25 codecs achieve 10 bit/4:2:2 image quality at a data rate of approximately 50/25 Mbps.
Optionally added recording codecs: AVC-Intra200 for images that approach uncompressed master quality and a low-bit-rate AVC-Proxy for network use.
Simultaneous recording enables safe, secure double recording onto two media cards.
Newly Developed MOS Sensor and 1080p (59.94/60) Recording with 2.2 megapixel 2/3 type MOS image sensor achieves stunning images with F12 (at 59.94 Hz) or F13 (at 50 Hz) sensitivity and 60 dB S/N.
Capable of recording and playing 1080/59.94p and 1080/50p standard interfaces include 3G SDI and HDMI output. High-quality 24 bit digital audio recording (48 kHz, 4 channels).
Dual Codec Recording
While recording with the AVC-Intra100 or LongG50/25 codec, you can simultaneously record with the AVC-LongG6 low-bit-rate, HD codec. Ideal for distributing break news in Full-HD quality.
An optional network function allows previewing, streaming, and metadata editing of proxy images with a PC or Mac.
A wireless module (AJ-WM30, optional) allows wireless LAN connection for tablets or smartphones a built-in GPS function enables positioning data to be saved onto recorded files as metadata.
